Squirrel removal

Seasonal Alert: very high

In the autumn, local squirrels seek shelter to protect themselves from the cold. Sometimes, they enter attics, basements, or lofts in houses, leading to issues of infestation and significant material damage. Their tendency to gnaw on various materials, such as electrical wires and roofing, can result in costly repairs for homeowners.

If you’re facing issues with these furry creatures, Aspen Wildlife Control can assist you. We are experts in the safe removal of these animals from homes in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

Should you encounter any issues with our furry friends Aspen Wildlife Control can help – we’re experts at safely removing them from homes around Ottawa-Gatineau.

Get rid of Squirrel

We Can Help You!

Vibrant black, gray and red squirrels are energetic creatures that can scamper up to a speedy 25 km/h. In fact, they’ve become so busy during mating season that some of them make their way into household dwellings – digging holes in walls for access! Once inside these furry visitors breed two litters per year: one at the start of spring and another at summer’s end; leaving behind nests full of damage…and health hazards for occupants.

Evaluate And Remove

Aspen Wildlife Controls experienced technicians understand the crafty ways of mischievous squirrels – their powerful teeth are capable of gnawing through even aluminum and shingle roofs! These critters can squeeze into surprisingly tiny places, so it takes a specialist to find every entry point. A technician will quickly block off all access points while humanely removing any already stowed away in your home; this is often going to be more cost-effective than relying on DIY solutions.

Clear And Clean

At Aspen Wildlife Control, we specialize in humane and reliable strategies to help you reclaim your home from pesky wildlife. If squirrels have taken up residence in the attic or elsewhere, they can wreak havoc on electric cables as well as spread ticks and fleas throughout the house – endangering both pets and people alike! Our experienced team of technicians will remove any built-up nests quickly so you can enjoy a safe living environment once more. We’ll also provide sound advice for how best to cleanse contaminants that might pose health risks after removal has been completed; it’s all part of our comprehensive service.

Some Facts On Squirrels

Squirrels are often thought of as cute and cuddly rodents, but they can be linked to serious havoc. These furry critters cause destruction by continuously scouring for food supplies, giving birth twice a year with an average litter size spanning from 5-6 babies – resulting in detrimental impacts on the homes or buildings which occupy their space.

  • Busy squirrels can present a danger to our homes, schools and businesses. With incisors that never stop growing, they must constantly gnaw away – causing damage while multiplying the problem with each litter of babies born every year! Buildings are at risk from destruction as well as potential fire hazards.
  • Those pesky squirrels can cause a whole lot more than just a ruckus in your attic – their extended absences often leave an open invitation for ticks and fleas to settle in, potentially endangering the health of you or your furry friends.
  • Fleet and fierce, mother squirrels will boldly take on any perceived threat to protect their young. Don’t be fooled by the timid façade of these furry little creatures – mama’s got claws!
  • Twice a year, mama squirrels bring forth their little ones to the world – usually in the spring and summer. On average, four to six babies enter this new place of life with each litter. But that’s not all! Mama likes her freedom so she chooses between five or six different homes for herself and her younglings spread throughout an area as they eagerly look forward to what lies ahead. Unfortunately though catching these adults won’t stop every squirrel from scurrying into our eaves’ corners; some will still remain ever present due to wild baby critters making mischief nearby all too often.
